Can i acces to my data ?

Hello, my website is Suspended and i would like to know if you could please let my acces to my data because i dont have any backup (i need the ftp acces with the mysql acces). And if you could give me some information why it's suspended i will be very happy. But the most important for me it's to get acces to my data to backup and save my website.
