DomDocument in PHP often could not work properly

A problem with using DomDocument in PHP
It work very properly in localhost
But while upload to server it often could not fetch data only display
"[]" with no data

PS. I use CloudFlare as my DNS Server

    Sadly, I do not know anything about PHP.
    I know 1 line of code, but it does not help here.
    If you want to know what it is, here is the line:
    <?php include('insertfilehere') ?>

    Yes, I know it too, and I also don't know much from PHP, almost nothing.
    I was just asking for others to know.
