ftp does not connect filezilla

I am filling in the data exactly as below and I am still in error. I have read that several users have the same problem. I have already configured it as an active or passive connection and so the problem continues. What else can be done? Need help!

FTP Hostname: ftp.unaux.com
FTP Username: unaux_22699747
FTP Password: **********
Port: 21

    Try using ftpupload.net and double-check your password, make sure it is the right one.
