403 Forbidden

Hello i m newbie here. I m having an issue to my website when i uploaded it. it displayed correctly but when i sent an ajax request to some of my server side files i got this Status 403 Forbidden. So how can i solve this, anyone experienced this error. Please help. My website is

the page which results in error is

http://penora.ezyro.com/help.me/

which send the ajax request to otherhandler.php

and other files also which receive an ajax call
