Can't Install Plugins

Hello, I know the support here is virtaully non existent, but does anybody know why I can't install any plugins..

This is the error I am getting,

Warning
JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected.

from the doublehandful.gq add on domain

I won't hold my breath, and am expecting no rep[lies whatsoever, but here goes..
