FTP Connection Not working

When I try to FTP into my website from Filezilla, it does not work.
I'm using the following details,
host: ftp.unaux.com
username: unaux_*****
password: PFH password
port: 21
I've tried this from different devices, different operating systems, different internet connections, etc. It still doesn't work.
Is it broken, or am I doing something wrong?

Try replacing ftp.unaux.com with ftpupload.net . It should work. Also double check your password.

I will try ftpupload.net . My password is correct. Thanks.
