403 error after installing Wordpress

I've installed wordpress cand can access the admin end, and see the pages/posts Ive changed but when I test normally, I'm getting:

403 error Access denied

this is on www.ceangal.eu

Any help (I'm using Filezilla and WP uploaded into /htdocs ok

    Thanks for that
    I'm not so technical; but have added the nameserve
    WP set up the database etc, but I will recheck.
