Error after installing moodle script !

I need help, i created a New a/ c that is www.fliplearn.ezyro.com and installed moodle script. But the problem occur (Fatal error: $CFG->dataroot is not configured properly, directory does not exist or is not accessible! Exiting) when i tried to access it.
Please help me to fix it.

    Don't worry the directory /moodledata (or what ever you name it) will go 403 if anyone navigates to it on a web browser. You can still set /moodle30 directory to /.

    "This page isn’t working
    fliplearn.ezyro.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
