Files uploaded via ftp not online
I uploaded some files over ftp to my account, but even well over 48 hours later, they are not accessible, opening my domain still redirects to the default 'account activated successfully' page.

Anyone know what's up with this?

That's odd..
Are you sure you uploaded the folders and files to the right domain and not another subdomain you had?
Anyway, try to reupload them, and if that does not work, tell us your account username so that @Admin can check.

If you have not got issue resolved. Log into your account here: https://profreehost.com/account/
Manage: ff5722.unaux.com -> go into control panel -> file manager. use it to upload your index file. see if files have been uploaded by windows explorer.
Then try windows explorer again. you have to find the trouble.
Still redirects me to 404 page.
I also uploaded a copy of my own index file (just a simple html with one link), and curiously the index2 copy redirects to the account activated page again. -

However, as I said before, only Admin can help you with this, so it is best to wait for him.

ChrisPAR fixed it for me, the folder 'ff5722.unaux.com' was created and 'htdocs' folder in there. Placing files there worked, so instead of placing them at root/htdocs, it had to be at ff5722.unaux.com/htdocs

@ff5722 changed temporarily his password for me to login and figure out the issue, and when it was ready he changed it back to his normal one (which I don't know BTW, and I don't need to).
The issue is now resolved.

Personally, I have no password of users, I can assure you.
In our case, @ff5722 's problem was not where he had uploaded the files, but a bug in the client area that allows you to register the exact same domain in two accounts.
PFH system loaded the files of the second account, which had nothing, while @ff5722 was uploading his files to the first account.
I now closed that second account but @Admin if possible please check this issue and make sure that it cannot happen again.
