Can you please drop the log, from your FTP client, here?
-
I cannot do anything here.
-
The domain had issue because a phishing account went un-noticed. That happens when you are trying to provide a free service to public at-large. Anyways, the issue is resolved and domain is back up.
-
It is fixed now.
-
If you are going to post your issue everywhere without checking the forum first, no one will be in a condition to find time to help you. Clearing the forum of duplicate and spam posts takes really expensive time of the moderators. @TheCrafters has created a really useful post here on exactly the issue you are facing:…

All support tickets/emails are replied within 24 hours (In some cases, it can take up-to 48 hours). So, it's either your email didn't reach us or you sent it to the wrong email address.
-
This is not related to mail settings of the user accounts. It's just for Profreehost community forum.
-
SMTP was not activated for some reason. I've activated it. Now emails shouldn't land in spam for most of the mailing services.

If you are uploading files via FTP, change your file transfer mode to binary. Also, it is recommended to use gzip compression and leverage browser cache to load files faster.
-
Do not share your credentials in public and never share your password to anyone including the Profreehost staff because they will never need it. You need to close your all hosting accounts from inside of Profreehost clientarea and contact via email to get your account deleted.
-
It'll be introduced very soon, probably within a week.
-
Now the premium features are back. There was an issue with the builder for some-days, premium features were disabled. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!
-
https://cpanel.unaux.com is loading fine here. I also just logged into the FTP. You should use port 21
-
Are you still experiencing the issue? and I see that you are not using any port. Check this support article: https://profreehost.com/support/files-and-directories/unable-to-connect-to-ftp

You can try nxdhost.com, if you have limited needs.

You should have at-least 5 visits per month to keep your web account active. It's not much.
-
What is your domain?
-
Have you read this support article: https://profreehost.com/support/files-and-directories/unable-to-connect-to-ftp ?
-
If you want to delete your hosting account completely, just close your account from inside of your Profreehost clientarea and it'll be automatically deleted permanently after certain period of time.
-
Where is your IP address blacklisted?
-
Try resetting your router or just restart it and see if it works.
-
The upgrades inside control panel are handled by iFASTNet. You can contact them directly from their support system.
-
Use the support system to contact. However, it is recommended to wait for some hours after setting the mx records.
-
Once you have added your domain to Profreehost, you can change your nameservers. You can find the IP address of your Profreehost hosting account using google's dig utility and use it to create A record on your registrar.
-
Make sure you are uploading/editing files in "htdocs" folder of your account.
-
Contact staff, that's the only way to get information about the suspended accounts.
