Unfortunately, you cannot increase your daily hits limit in free hosting. You'd have to upgrade to a premium plan.

This is currently being worked on.

That's strange; what's your website's domain? Have you checked if it points to the correct nameservers?
-
Please, don't bump old topics. Thanks

That's strange; you shouldn't be getting this error, as mcrypt has been removed since PHP 7.2 (the hosting offers 7.4), and new OpenCart versions don't require it. Are you on OpenCart's latest version?

Not really, sorry. You can add CNAME and SPF records from their respective options, but to have more control over your domain's records you'll need to use an external service.

I'm super late but hello; welcome to the forum!

It seems like your site requires login credentials. Failing to login gives the issue you mentioned. You can enable display errors using the panel's Alter PHP Config option.

Please reach out to contact@profreehost.com. Suspensions are not handled on the forum.

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. I can't understand what your message's saying, but based on the title, you can go to your htdocs folder and delete the file (should be called index2.html) to remove the default ProFreeHost index.

I was able to login fine (although the SSL certificate's expired, which is an issue). Are you still unable to login?
-
Hi there, I'm assuming your domain is not directly pointing to ProFreeHost's nameservers and you're using GoDaddy's DNS. In this case, you should be able to use your account's main domain (it can be found on the right sidebar of the control panel) as a CNAME record. The place where you can find it looks like this (I…

I just tried connecting on the latest FileZilla without specifying the port and it worked fine. Are you sure you're using the correct credentials? Or perhaps the server experienced an issue when you attempted to connect. Does the file manager work?

Account suspensions are not handled in the forum. [Important] What to do if your account is suspended. Alternatively, if it tells you it will reactivate after 24 hours, just wait the 24 hours. (or in your case, if it has been happening for 10 consecutive days, just send a mail) Look below, it seems the issue may not be…

Elementor is a separate WordPress plugin which you should get and install (you can find options on https://elementor.com/). Do you already have it installed and it doesn't show?
-
Sorry, this type of issue cannot be handled in the forum. Try emailing the Admin on contact@profreehost.com. (If you can prove you own/ed the domain I think there might be a chance to recover it, but that depends on whether the account was deleted for inactivity or not.)
-
Both of your domains work for me, flyin.site just took a longer time to load. Try clearing your DNS cache.
-
It's probably blocked by the security system, which makes sure your website is only accessible by normal browsers. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about it.
-
Not sure what you mean, if you have the SSL and want to install it you can follow this guide: https://profreehost.com/support/ssl-https/how-to-install-an-ssl-certificate

Account suspensions will not be handled in the forum. Follow the instructions in What to do if your account is suspended or open a ticket from the panel. Thread closed.

Not necessarily, it's using the default configuration, you can set it if you want to change it.

Hi there! First of all, I know this is a very late reply. I'm posting this in case anyone finds this thread and is looking for help. Your panel username is displayed at the client area overview, an option accessible by going to your client area and clicking the "Manage" button next to the account you want to access. You…

This is completely normal, as this is the default rule for 404 pages configured in ProFreeHost, you can easily set your own from the panel or by modifying the URL in the file. I'm not sure exactly what you mean, where you expecting it to have more contents? What were you expecting?
