Are you trying to login through the client area's "Control Panel" button? I type in my login details Which login details are you using? The login information for the control panel is located in the "FTP" section of the client area.

Your site works fine for me now, so it was probably a temporary issue:

This issue should be resolved now.

If you're still facing this issue, please mention your website name and wait for Admin to see this.

I don't get it. Is this an anime script? If so, if our servers support it, you can try installing it. Keep in mind two limitations though: * The max file size is 10MB, you cannot upload a single file larger than that. * If you intend to provide free access to copyrighted content, this would violate our Terms of Service and…

Please mention the account you're trying to reactivate, and wait for Admin to see this.

We have automated systems in place to check for malicious activity, and one of them most likely detected the phrase "hacked by" and suspended you for that. As said above, and in our pinned posts, suspensions are not dealt on the forum. Creating a ticket should get this resolved.

There should be a "Continue Anyway" button; hitting that will allow you to proceed. If you're uncertain, you can login manually to the panel by visiting https://cpanel.liveblog365.com/ and entering the username and password that are show in the "FTP" section of your client area.

If this issue has not been solved yet and while waiting for Admin to have a look at this, you can use the information in the "FTP" section of your client area account to manually login to the control panel yourself by using one of the following URLs: https://cpanel.unaux.com/ https://cpanel.ezyro.com…

It appears that the email you have registered with ends in gamail.com. I believe you meant it to end in gmail.com; this issue is likely why you're unable to get an activation link dispatched. I just tested the account system and can confirm email verifications work fine, so try re-registering with the correct email address.

This is a late response, but yes, there's a hardcoded limit of 5GB for all accounts. It should be enough for most websites, though.
-
This is a very strange issue. I used an online proxy (CroxyProxy) myself to test it out again today, and it works fine. No idea why it won't work for you, even with a VPN.

You should be able to remove all domains manually and then close the accounts, after about 90 days they should get deleted. I'd recommend just clearing out the files though, if that's the issue, simply delete the files in your htdocs folder and upload them again.
-
Hi, if you're still facing this issue, could you post your domain name?
-
lol, ?? ????????? ??? ?? ????? :) On a more serious note, I'm sorry the issue wasn't resolved. If you're talking about your hosting account, deleting your domain from the "Addon Domains" section and then closing it should get it deleted. If it's about the main platform account, not getting it deleted shouldn't be a problem…

Your site redirects me to the suspension page, so it's likely suspended. What to do if your account is suspended
-
Best response.
-
Both panel logins work fine on my end. Try clearing your browser and DNS cache, or use a VPN to see if the issue persists.
-
This should have been resolved, if not, please make a ticket. Thread closed.
-
This is likely related to an ongoing maintenance, you can try making a ticket or wait until it's resolved.
-
Hi, You'll have to contact contact@profreehost.com for such a change.
-
You'll have to reopen the account and remove the domain from your Addon Domains section.

I don't know about "assignment help darwin", but you definitely win the 2022 Darwin Award for this post. For anyone wondering, it's a spam post to some sketchy service (I obviously removed the link). Are you still facing this issue? It's likely you're getting it because you don't have an SSL certificate installed.
-
It shows fine for me, just doesn't have any files in it. Have you uploaded any?
-
The issue is reported to be fixed.

Make one from the control panel, or follow the instructions of this article: https://profreehost.com/forum/discussion/625/important-what-to-do-if-your-account-is-suspended

* Use Online File Manager or an FTP client of your choice to connect to the server via FTP. * Visit your htdocs folder. It will either be the default one, or a folder called "yoursite.com" (where yoursite is replaced with your domain) which will contain an htdocs folder. * Delete index2.html.
