My response is not a direct answer to the issue reported. It is instructions on how to perform a manual backup of a MySQL DB on these servers. 1) go to "PHPmyADMIN". 2) Click "Connect Now" net to the DB you want to backup. 3) Choose the "Export" tab. 4) Click "Go" 5) Save the file to your drive. -Rap
