My account was suspended one week ago. I sent several messages to contact@profreehost.com, and I got no reply so far. I think I will just move to a different provider.

I had a similar problem. I contacted the support via e-mail, it is a week and I didn't get any reply. I think I will just move to a different host. It is too risky to get blocked with no possibility to recover your account.
