do u mean that i can get ssl from clouflare?and that will not restricted things like that stop person of working that,s why it,s not yet fully ready

some themes are big 2-now i want to get the ssl certificate so how can i apply for it?

i have a theme little big ,,35 mb and i tired to upload it from the site wordpress upload theme and from ftp and also by using specific plugin and all that failed ,,because may be there is a hosting limit , so is there a solution to upload it ?
