If you installed it manually, there is guide on wordpress community on how to reinstall wordpress. If you installed it from softaculous, there should be an uninstall option.

What you can do is reinstall wordpress. If you are installing it on Profreehost's provided domains, make sure you install it as "http" and not "https" because SSL can be enabled only on Custom domains.

As long as you do not upload any prohibited content, it's alright. Also, there is a file manager already. Most of the 3rd party file managers are not compatible.
